    comfortable rooms
    unlocked door
    non-functional fan

    Comfortable and well-furnished rooms.

I found several issues . The front door didn't lock from the inside, especially being on the ground floor. The curtains barely blocked out the light, disrupting my sleep at times. The bathroom fan was non-functional, leading to moisture problems and poorly maintained carpets that got dirty easily.

Request a room with a garden view. It enhances relaxation and provides a nice break from the city hustle.

I stayed in the room that was kept tidy by housekeeping and available with nice breakfast and great air con, for example. I enjoyed its quiet and handy location in a nice quiet area. Throughout the day staff were service-oriented

The hotel has a residential location in green London suburb. The breakfast is healthy and savoury with the bacon, individual taste, delicious eggs, and the service is very good. If going to London one more time I would stay there again.

    comfort of beds
    small bathroom size

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the tube station. Our room featured a large bay window that let in plenty of light, and the en-suite shower room was clean. Plus, there was ample parking right out front as business travelers.

The en-suite bathroom felt a bit small, which could be challenging for taller guests.

Had a nice size and well furnished room, great breakfasts, you guys rock!

Ideal residential location not far from golders Green tube station and easy access into the centre of London, bus stations and local cafes. Had brunch in the Hummus Bar, located nearby.

    spacious room
    clean bathroom
    coffee machine
    compact bathroom
    heavy curtains

This stay was just what we needed for our short trip to explore the local attractions! The room was really spacious and even had a coffee machine that added a nice touch. It's a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants—just a quick walk and you find yourself in a lovely area. While the en-suite bathroom was a bit compact, it was kept clean, which made our experience enjoyable overall.

    Lovely stay with nice perks!

The room was bright and had all the essentials. Loved having a small fridge for drinks and a coffee machine for that morning fix. Just wished parking was easier. Outdoor dining area was a nice touch, too!

    convenient location
    well-equipped room
    outdated access system
    missing shower attachment
    inconvenient check-in

The location was ideal, just a short walk from the station. The room was well-equipped with a fridge and coffee machine, allowing easy breakfast preparation. The bathroom was modern and clean, though the power shower was missing an attachment, prompting a bath instead. Complimentary tea and coffee were nice touches, but the access system with door codes felt a bit outdated and cumbersome.

    cramped bathroom

great location but slight bathroom issues

The location was fantastic, just a five-minute walk to the tube station. The room had great amenities, including tea, coffee, and complimentary bottled water. I really enjoyed the garden view. The check-in process was seamless, with clear instructions provided in advance.

The en-suite bathroom felt a bit cramped for comfort.

It exceeded my expectations, especially allowing my kids to play safely while we enjoyed our time together. The bonus of a mini fridge and coffee machine made it even better.

no hot breakfast served during stay.
